The dough ferments for 48 hours using a poolish starter enriched with honey from our family beehives, creating a light texture, elastic crust and deep flavour.
Each pizza is partially baked, vacuum sealed and gently frozen to preserve aroma, texture and quality, allowing you to finish baking it at home with restaurant-level results.
