OUR STORY
Weekend Artisan Pizzeria began in 2022 as a small family project built on a love for great pizza, craftsmanship, and patience.
From the beginning, our goal was simple — to make Neapolitan-style pizza with the same care and attention you would expect in a good pizzeria. Our dough ferments for 48 hours, creating a light, airy crust and deep flavour. We prepare it using a poolish starter with honey from my grandmother’s beehives — a small family tradition that adds a subtle and unique character to the dough.
We carefully combine high-quality Italian ingredients with selected local Latvian products to create a balanced and authentic taste. Each pizza is partially baked, vacuum sealed, and gently frozen so you can finish baking it at home and enjoy a freshly baked pizza in just a few minutes.
Weekend Artisan Pizzeria is our way of sharing the simple joy of good pizza — made with care and meant to be enjoyed at home.
