Since 2022 we have been a family pizzeria built on craftsmanship, long fermentation and uncompromising quality.
Our dough ferments for 48 hours using a poolish starter enriched with honey from our family beehives.
Each pizza is partially baked, vacuum sealed and frozen to preserve texture and flavour so you can finish baking it at home with restaurant-quality results.
